2087/backup/backupDestinations - duplicate, can't delete - Solution?

Silly me, I clicked “Add Destination” Twice when creating backup locations.

Now there are two identical entries and when I click delete, the error message reads:

get() returned more than one NormalBackupDests -- it returned 2!

How can I delete one or both and start over?

rename one destination from cyberpanel database (use phpmyadmin to find identical entries)
