change cyberpanel ip to host name

how can i log to cyberpanel through hostname subdomain…

I am getting following error while installing ssl for hostname
Cannot issue SSL. Hi everyone, I have created panel.example.com with SSL selected. but is still not working. when I try to issue SSL for the hostname panel.example.com is not in dropdown list to select.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
