https://cyberpersons.com exist, and seems linked to Cyberpanel.
Maybe this e-mail belongs to Profile - usmannasir - CyberPanel Community
But I think this is a serious privacy problem.

Cloudflare confirms that mx records for cyberpersons.com

You may have not changed the default admin profile details inside cyberpanel. The email id by default for username admin is the above stated one. You need to change it there.

You are right, my fault, my apologies.

But in the installation script should force to change this.

Agreed, but not essentially required which causes additional steps while installation.

I’ve always thought that this is an issue.

The ‘additional step’ of needing to type an email address to be set as admin, either during installation or at first login, is insignificant compared to the amount of confusion this causes.

Lets see what can be done here. I will discuss this as consideration in future update.

Well, in Europe, that can be a serious issue and something really expensive due to Data Privacy Policies.
The additional step is worth to take a second and introduce and e-mail.

No information is sent on that email.

Thanks for the info.
