whats up with resources on cyberpanel

I seee the resources on cyberpanel and what i have is
CPU usage : 0-1%
Ram usage: 75%
Disk Usage: 75% - 80%
what are those and what is the healthy usage and the battle neck number. are those my server usage or Open Lite speed server.
