What’s the difference of these security features and which is recommended to activate? ModSecurity, CSF, ImunifyAV?

A quick search engine search will tell you what each does however they all basically do the same thing - scan for malware and server level AVs.
What is the better option would be purely speculative and subjective to every users usecase. So there is no option that is less better.
