Make sure your first name is not very large, somewhere near 5-7 characters and then try again.
i am not sure if inputing a shorter username is a solution…when i create a new account with the same username (containing at least 10 characters), it now works???
I am sure this is a css issue in the actual program. Its a bug that needs fixing
