I got everything working now. Got access to SSH (not sure how, but think my hosting provider did something). Identified the infected files. Did a full malware scan and then full reboot. CPU seems normal as of now.

EDIT: CyberPanel support also did an upgrade do 2.3.8.

Yes, they were always working - even before.

Does anyone has problem restoring from the one click backup?
I am trying all day today it was very very slow on transfer and now i got error
Error message: [“Failed to restore backup. Error ‘dir’. [404]”]

Any ideas how to get the backup from there?

Just an FYI everyone. …SSH appears to be effected in v2.3.7

I somehow managed to escape the troubles that others are having (upgrading to v2.3.7 and skipping v2.3.6), but I’m still unable to:

  • log in via SSH (times out on me)
  • log into GUI:8090 (says wrong password)

I AM able to log into LSWS:7080, but I’m not sure if there’s anything too helpful within that interface.

i’m thinking there’s still a lingering issue in v2.3.7

Side Note:
…I came here, looking for community support. I’m like WTF?!@# I had no idea all this had happened!!! So sorry to all of those effected :slightly_frowning_face:
