Unable to use SMTP and error on Rainloop

Hi!
I am trying to set up SMTP. I have done all the required things instructed by Usman here: How to Build Free SMTP Server with CyberPanel in 5 Minutes - YouTube

However, when I open rainloop it has the message: Can’t get message list.

Moreover, I don’t get any error messages while sending emails. Also, I’m not either receiving the emails and neither the sent emails reaches the person.

I think something is up with the dovecot. I have installed Cyberpanel from CyberPanel One-Click Installation.

Yes, it is. I have transferred the DNS configuration to Cloudflare from the Cyberpanel>>>DNS>>>Cloudflare tab. These include MX records, NS records, and TXT records.

Even if the DNS is not set up, I think the rainloop must work properly. But in my inbox column, it says ’ Can’t get message list’.

Also, 141.98.11.95 or any of the IPs starting with141.98.xx.xx isn’t my server IP address.

Wrong! reverse DNS resolution (rDNS) is important for sending emails. Most email servers will reject you email instantly. Also withotu DKIM signature and Sender Policy Framework can be rejected without reason and dumped into spam for most recipient mails servers. These three DNS configurations must be addressed for a successful email messaging

I wil test on my test server and revert.

So, how should I proceed with it? I did set the dns record mentioned by cyberpanel’s dns section on cloudflare.
