Unable to Use One-Click Backups After Reinstall + Auto Renewal Charged After 1 Year

Hello everyone,

I would like to seek assistance regarding an issue with the One-Click Backups add-on.

About one year ago, I purchased the One-Click Backups service. A few days after purchasing it, I needed to completely reinstall my server, including CyberPanel. After the reinstallation, there was no option or method to link my previously purchased One-Click Backups subscription to the newly installed CyberPanel instance.

As a result, I never had the chance to use the backup service at all throughout the entire year.

The problem became more serious this year. On November 25, 2025, CyberPanel automatically charged my Visa card for the second year renewal of the service, even though I have not been able to use the backup add-on since the very beginning.

I have sent emails to the billing/support address many times but have not received any response so far. I also cannot find any option in the customer portal to cancel the subscription myself.

I would appreciate assistance with:

  1. Refunding the renewal charge, since the service was never usable on my end;
  2. Cancelling the One-Click Backups subscription to prevent further charges;
  3. Guidance on how such add-ons can be linked to a new installation in case this situation happens again.

I have invoices and receipts available if needed.
