Unable to update cyberpanel

Hello,

my VPS is based in China and it is hard to access raw.githubusercontent.com. I changed Host but still pretty slow. Some packages were not downloaded during upgradation, resulting a 500 error. I can not access my cyberpanel via ip:8090 now.
