Hello CyberPanel Support Team,
I am facing an issue while trying to issue an SSL certificate using CyberPanel.
Details:
- Control Panel: CyberPanel
- SSL Provider: Let’s Encrypt
- DNS: Managed by Cloudflare
When I attempt to issue the SSL certificate, I consistently receive the following error message:
Connection Error – Impossible to connect to the server. Please refresh this page.
What I have already checked/tried:
- The domain is correctly pointing to the server IP (A records for both root domain and www).
- Cloudflare proxy (orange cloud) was disabled temporarily (DNS Only) during the SSL issuance attempt.
- HTTP access to the domain is working.
- LiteSpeed and CyberPanel services were restarted.
Despite these steps, the SSL issuance still fails with the same connection error.
I kindly request your assistance to check:
- If there is any issue with the Let’s Encrypt service on my server
- Firewall or port 80/443 connectivity
- Any required configuration or service restart on the CyberPanel side
Please let me know if you need logs or any additional information.
Thank you in advance for your support.
