Turn off auto ssl certificate renewal for a site

Hello friends and thanks for your time. Is there any way to deactivate auto ssl certificate renewal for a site?

In SSH terminal run

nano /etc/crontab

Find and remove this line

0 2 * * * root /usr/local/CyberCP/bin/python /usr/local/CyberCP/plogical/renew.py

Is there any way to deactivate this autorenew per site? I have another domains that i still auto renew.
