Staging site SSL fails

So I created a staging site, but SSL fails:

[11.10.2025_11-35-39] Certificate for staging.xxxx.co.uk expires in 3648 days
[11.10.2025_11-35-39] Certificate exists for staging.xxxx.co.uk, attempting renewal…
[11.10.2025_11-35-47] Successfully renewed SSL for xxxx.cloudrun.co.uk
[11.10.2025_11-35-47] Websites matching query does not exist. [installSSLForDomain:72]

The site is not listed under websites, but as a child domain of the main site. I guess it can’t find it. SSL is self signed. Any way to fix this? Even manually adding the letsencrypt would do for now.

I should also add, DNS is configured correctly, using cloudflare with proxy disabled.
