SSL 8090 for accounts

The setup:
Server: myhostname.mydomain.net
Created myhostname.mydomain.net domain, put SSL to it and used SSL > Hostname SSL from menu
I can access the panel through myhostname.mydomain.net:8090 without any problems.

I created “reseller” users. Say one is “reseller1” and has “resellerdomain.com” and has SSL.
I can access resellerdomain.com:8090 but I get security warnings. I could not find a solution.

So:

  1. Is there a solution for this case?
  2. Or should I make the resellers use myhostname.mydomain.net:8090 and login with their credentials?
  3. Am I doing this in the wrong way? Any other ways?

PS: Although all domains are under my control I wanted to get rid of admin_* prefixes in FTP’s, packages etc, and I could not make the beatifulNames plugin work.
