Hi,
I found a solution. After a fresh install on the cyberpanel installation complete message there was no login information for snappymail for some reason. To get the password I had to reset the admin password by doing following steps.

  1. Go to /usr/local/lscp/cyberpanel/rainloop/data/_data_/_default_/configs/ and edit application.ini file by comment out the admin_password line (;admin_password = ).
  2. Reboot the server
  3. Generate new admin password by visiting https://example.com:8090/snappymail/?admin
  4. Go to /usr/local/lscp/cyberpanel/rainloop/data/_data_/_default_/ and copy the password from admin_password.txt file
  5. Go to https://example.com:8090/snappymail/?admin and login using username admin and password you just copied from the text file leave the TOTP field blank
