Sites dead after remove 21 port in firewall pls help

Hi, in cyberpanel FIREWALL i remove 21 port and
All sites dead after remove 21 port in firewall pls help, sites cant opened. ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

i added ftp tcp 0.0.0.0/0 21 in firewall but sites not opens again.
how to fix this bug ? say me please
