I created an FTP and SFTP account to access my website’s server through the CyberPanel control panel, but when I try to log in using FileZilla, I get an authentication problem message. I’m sure I used everything correctly, including the host, username, and password. I even tried copying and pasting them.
The hosting provider advised me to seek help from CyberPanel support.
