No, It’s blank like LF_ALERT_TO = “”.

Shall I commend it?

You need to set up a email address for lfd alerts or emails will be sent to default root. Better to use one of your domain email account, as tons of email alerts from lfd can cause issues with gmails etc.

Can we put all in one log file? No need to send email alerts.
