Recover backup from cyberpanel 2.1 to 2.1.1

Hi
I was true, cyberpanel was blocked our range of IP address and with email they solve that issue…

Now there is problem I cannot find any solution for it: in cyberpanel there is an option to tack backup and it will create the tar file, so how restore it?
I install new version of cyberpanel and try to restore that file but it could not show the backup file and couldn’t restore it.

Is anyone have similar ptoblem and could solve it?

is this server was installed 1 month ago ?
i faced this problem 1 month ago
no solution
cannot restore backup in any way
already upgrade and update
but still same

solution: because that is new server
i destroy the VPS then i do install again (manual from cli not using preinstalled from datacenter)
and everything is working smooth now
