rainloop webmail showing authentication failed & website is going down after Redirection

Hey Guys
Today I’m facing 1 issue with my rainloop webmail login. Whenever I tried to login with mail ID and password its showing authentication failed.

For resolving this issue I tried so many option but not done.That time I done redirection with non-www to www
after confirming the action my website is going down.

Can anyone help me to solve the both issue?

Sir I tried but there is logs only
How I can resolve the issue for redirection first, because my website is down now.
After Live my site I can focus for mail login issue.
Can u please help?
