Rainloop Email Sending Issue- Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

Hello Advance,
We facing sending emails. We are able to receive email but we can’t send the email it’s showing an error- Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender.

How can we access rainloop admin? The below credentials do not work and it shows invalid login. The default login does not work. How can we change the default password using server access?

            Visit: https://<your server's IP address>:8090/rainloop/?admin
            **Rainloop Admin username**: admin
            **Rainloop Admin password**: gQKFWm9O3nr7Xn

Please provide step by step guide for changing rainloop default password. Our cyber panel Current Version : 2.3
