I have noticed that there is no confirmation required before the delete action takes place for email user accounts on the List Email Accounts page. The change password button is very close beside it, and you can easily delete an account if you hit the Delete button.
My suggestion would be to remove the delete button for the list email view entirely and only allow it with confirmation on the delete email page.
