Are you only having problems with outlook? Did you check port 25, make sure your provider is not blocking this port.

Outlook and gmail. Yes. Port 25 is open.
How can I open port 2525?

What about your IP reputation, did you check?

Can you send to other providers/custom emails?

yes

If you can send to other emails, it means your configurations are fine, please check with your provider and find your IP reputation too.

I only get emails. I can not send. My cyberpanem is installed on the google cloud platform (GCP).

Google does not allow you to send email Sending email from an instance  |  Compute Engine Documentation  |  Google Cloud

Google Compute Engine does not allow outbound connections on port 25. By default, outbound SMTP is blocked because of the large amount of abuse server-to-server SMTP is susceptible to.

You can try UpCloud for free https://upcloud.com/cyberpanel/

I followed this tutorial but it did not work. Setup External SMTP on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - #2 - Blog Posts - CyberPanel Community

I’m sorry but my knowledge is still very limited.

Whatever you do, Google does not allow sending email from their servers. You need to set up an instance for emails somewhere else.

This tutorial requires you to set up an email server somewhere else. If you read the link I gave you, it clearly states they don’t allow sending an email. So if you open ports locally it won’t make any difference.

You can get more information here Sending email from an instance  |  Compute Engine Documentation  |  Google Cloud

You will continue to waste your time trying to send email on GCP.
