Plugin 'FEEDBACK' is disabled

Hi, I’m having a problem where MariaDB doesn’t start I tried running the command

mysqld --help --verbose | grep ‘log-error’ | tail -1

And the result :

[Note] Plugin ‘FEEDBACK’ is disabled.
log-error

What should I do?
