Permission Denied on all the site in terminal

[hardhat]

Hi,
I am unable to access any of the site folders through terminal.
me@HHE-OLS:/home/example.com$ ls
ls: cannot open directory ‘.’: Permission denied
me@HHE-OLS:/home$ cd cyberpanel/
-bash: cd: cyberpanel/: Permission denied

Can anyone please help me

I found the issue but don’t know how to solve it. If I log in as root user no issue, but if I log in as user me, then I cannot access it. Can anyone help me how to give all privileges to user “me” so that I can access all the folders?
