Outlook without SSL Doesn't Work en Cyberpanel

this is the stage:

CentOS 7x64 in Vultr server with CyberPanel con SSL
In Outlook and more
POP3 email with SSL works Well (Receive and send)
IMAP email with SSL works Well (Receive and send)
POP3 email without SSL Does not work
IMAP email without SSL Doesn’t Work
SMTP email without SSL Doesn’t Work

CentOS 7x64 in Vultr server with Plesk con SSL
In Outlook and more
POP3 email with SSL works Well (Receive and send)
IMAP email with SSL works Well (Receive and send)
POP3 email without SSL works Well (Receive and send)
IMAP email without SSL works Well (Receive and send)
SMTP email without SSL works Well (Receive and send)

Why does Cyberpanel not work in outlook without SSL? and PLESK if it works with SSL and without SSL.

Is there any special configuration so I can work correctly, since I don’t want to leave cyberpanel and use Plesk for that problem :frowning:

thanks since now.

I am wondering if someome comes with an answer, I have the same problem.

In. this case I come from a Cpanle and also I have a Plesk, pop and imap work prefect woith ssl, smtp with outlook 2012 2013 and mac outlook2019 are not able to send mails, no matter the combiantion you do. All other email clients work perfect!!

If you get a solution or someone let us know,
Will do same!

I’m testing your solution but when I get to part 3, I get this message:
“useradd: group ‘spamd’ does not exist”

  1. Install Spamassassin
  2. reboot server, then:
  3. useradd -g spamd -s /bin/false -d /var/log/spamassassin spamd
  4. chown spamd:spamd /var/log/spamassassin
  5. systemctl enable spamassassin
  6. systemctl start spamassassin

check this out @Cesarin

thanks Numeriku, I will review it and tell you

It didn’t work out.

When I set up Outlook in POP3 with SSL it works perfect
When I set up Outlook in POP3 without SSL it doesn’t work

It is a problem with the cyberpanel, because with PLESK it works perfectly, with CPanel it also works very well.
