Something went wrong: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user ‘admin’@‘localhost’ (using password: YES)

[root@vm374142 home]# /etc/cyberpanel/mysqlPassword
-bash: /etc/cyberpanel/mysqlPassword: Permission denied
[root@vm374142 home]#

Please help

I have tried reinstall multiple times , still having same issue :

'admin'@'localhost' is the admin user trying to access the password file?
