Problem:
I have 2 new installation with 1.9.3, language selection doesnt on login screen doesnt affect. Tried with Major languages which I knew that was working previously like ( Russian etc.) None of them works.
However I have another instance which I updated from 1.9.0 to 1.9.3 all works fine.
I was checking with people from Discord seems like some other people also have the issue with language. Can you help please.
