ImunifyAV: The requested resource was not found on this server

I noticed version 2.1.1 has removed the Access URL issue for Imunify360 and ImunifyAV. Yet users who are upgrading from old version like me doing from 2.0, this issue still persist and after clicking Access Now, a new tab opens with Not Found heading. Can anyone help?

I planning to backup all accounts and reinstall CyberPanel to have the latest cyberpanel without any issues since I noticed new version clean installs are much better in terms of such issues. If anyone has a good document referral to backup and perform a fresh install please let me know. While I would prefer to have this issue resolved w/o a clean install
