when i am doing any change in file manager like upload a new file and delete the old one its still loading the old file and if i am doing any change in the code its still loading old files.
So i want to know that do i need to restart the server?
if i need to so how can i do it?

yes, I cleared the cache.
It’s loading the same on all devices.
like if I changed the code using a laptop it’s still loading old files on mobile and tables also.
even I restarted Litespeed twice but still the results are the same.
