@Abdallah Why are you posting the same thing in every topic thread? If you have issue, create a new topic and mention you issue there rather posting in each and every topics related to backups. If you continue to do so, we will have to restrict your posting abilities.

use SSH using Putty or MobaXterm or similar SSH softwares.
You will need to learn SSH commands to manage a server of your own.
