I can send e-mails but I don't receive any.

Hello!

I recently setup Cyberpanel for my stuff but there is a problem. I created my website, didn’t change any MX or A settings but although everything is pretty new and clear on my system, I cannot receive any e-mails. I mean, when I try to send e-mails there is no problem at all. It sends it instantly. But when I send e-mail on my Gmail account to my cyberpanel account, it just doesn’t arrive at all. There is no e-mail doesn’t matter how long I wait. Does anyone know why?

Hi,

Please try follow this page to set it over again

https://blog.cyberpanel.net/2018/05/22/install-spamassassin-and-stop-email-spam-on-cyberpanel/

see if it helps

Finally, I had to set uo all the A records for mail!! and mx, now all working.

In other question. related to this, is there a way to retrieve the emails sent to me during the past 36 hours. Must be a cue… somewhere!!

thank you

Hi,

I think it won’t

if you didn’t have MX record , then whoever sent it will think it like this is nobody’s mail and discard it.

unless you have access to sender’s mail otherwise I don’t think it’s possible to get them.

Ok all sorted!

I am having the same problem as you. Can you share the solution with me?

any solution for fix? a got same problem :frowning:
