Make sure to read the related topic in the documentation first 1 - Backup/Restore - 07 - Backups - CyberPanel Community

It says Place your backup files under /home/backup/

You successfully restored the backup and your files were not restored properly?

I backed up my old site and I want to migrate it to the cyberpanel I am not able to execute this migration

How did you create backup file?

I went into the folder of my domain public_html, right click button and click on compress, then changed the permission to 755 and sent via FTP to the home / satlex.info / backup so cyberpanel folder

That is not the correct way to generate backups on CyberPanel, correct way is mentioned here → 1 - Backup/Restore - 07 - Backups - CyberPanel Community

If you are transferring from another control panel you can read → Migrating WordPress to CyberPanel from Any Other Control Panel! - #2 by vitorandrade - Blog Posts - CyberPanel Community

This applies to NON-WP sites too.

I tried to transfer through SSH and it presented this error

This does not seem to be a bug or any issue, you are doing it wrong. You can either follow this guide carefully → https://blog.cyberpanel.net/2018/04/30/wp-migration-from-any-control-panel-to-cyberpanel/

Or hire someone to do the transfer for you.

You are supposed to upload your backup file to /home/backup and not /home/domain.com/backup

but there is no way to leave it in the backup folder without first going through satlex.info look at the image

own backup I generated within the cyberpanel it does not restore.

You need to move the backup file from /home/domain/backup to /home/backup. Only then you can restore.

Tell me do I do this? I have already put the backup in all the folders even though I can not restore! You do not want to do remote access on my pc to show me how I do it.
