I have installed the script for the premium URL shortener, but I am getting a 403 error when trying to access the website. I have already updated permissions and web root according to the installation instructions, but to no avail, I am getting this issue. I switched from SiteGround because the hosting account forced me to send mail from their server, and their support kept blaming the app, while the developer kept blaming SiteGround. How do I fix this error so I can access everything?
