HTTP error 500 while getting http://mirror.cyberpanel.net/pip/psutil-5.4.3.tar.gz

I got error message “HTTP error 500 while getting http://mirror.cyberpanel.net/pip/psutil-5.4.3.tar.gz” during the installation which caused CyberPanel installation failed. Anyone can help?

Some network issues with mirror server provider, looking into it.

The mirror server is back to 100%.
