How to upgrade Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS to Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS without breaking cyberpanel

Current Ubuntu version 20.04.5 LTS
Want to upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS

Current Cyberpanel Version: 2.3 Build: 2 Current Commit: 53ca589b8a6c6db32b7c19730ced15c7f2647215
Latest Cyberpanel Version: 2.3 Build: 3 Latest Commit: 71d9109e5912efca917bc574e2207cb5b051b3d7

What is the correct step by step process to upgrade OS for the configuration above to latest version?

Should we first execute upgrade script as noted in this post 02 - Upgrading CyberPanel and then follow the instructions as noted here https://linuxize.com/post/how-to-upgrade-to-ubuntu-22-04/ (Upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish))

My guess is that upgrading ubuntu will break cyberpanel. Please advise what to do.
Another option is to configure a brand new Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS and install fresh cyberpanel do you have a migration script to migrate between servers?

Thank you for your help!

You need set new server and migrate everything from old panel to new one

Is there any script to migrate websites and users and databases between old and new server? We don’t want to use cloud features we have a lot of on-premise server capacity that we can use.

Thank you.

Look from backup menu remote backup you can easily migrate all sites automatically to new panel

Thank you for your advice. Will check it out. My best guess following your comments is to first just do 02 - Upgrading CyberPanel to get cyberpanel to latest version and then do remote backup to new servers to avoid any compatibility issues right?
