Hi, recently i had trouble sending email after some investigation and reading cyberpanel mail docs i found out i haven’t configured my rDns yet and i have no clue how to set up rDns.
can you kindly guide me how can i set up my rDns and PTR record for my ip and i am using cloudflare cdn.

I have a similar problem, “Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner”, I’m in a UPCLOUD vps, any idea how to solve it?

In UpCloud setting reverse DNS is super easy.
Go to your upcloud ‘hub’ (control panel) and click the ‘network’ tab at the top (third one after servers and storage).
Now you will see a list of all of your ip addresses and associated reverse dns with an edit button next to each. Hit it and edit, job done.
Make sure you change both ipv4 and ipv6 to be the same.
