have error while removing DNS for domain ( user admin)

getting “Cannot delete zone. Error message: Domains matching query does not exist” as result when trying to remove complete domains from DNS server.
problem is that can’t get proper resolving and not proper SSL working only example.com SSL

Forgot to write that I don’t use PowerDNS in cyberpanel, they are created by default so switched it off. Since this internal problem, outside domain is resolving fine , I guess it’s powerdns db that containing wrong values. How to access that? as they are in second installation used by/for cyberpanel
