SOLVED!
First of all thanks to all people of cyberpanel. They fixed many things since i installed cyberpanel few days ago for first time.
Well now i have this problem :
1 - i´m trying to upload a theme file thru wordpress (with php file upload size ok) and when it finish appears an error that can´t move the file to /wp-content/upload/2018/09 (and it have correct permissions (755)
2 - i´m trying to upload a simple phpinfo file using filemanager and i get this error
"phpinfo.php can not be uploaded, Error message: Can not move uploaded file to destination location! "
Something is wrong to upload files in any way. Only by FTP I can.
Would be a filemanager or cyberpanel bug or i made somethign wrong ?
