Failed to start PowerDNS Authoritative Server

Hello everyone, when I try to start PowerDns the following error always appears

Hey I upgraded cyberpanel to the latest yesterday and have the same issue

Just a follow up on this, it seems the update affected the email service

Can’t connect to server

Server message: Can’t connect to host “tcp://localhost:143”

same type of binding errors.
