Problem:
I believe my shell died in the middle of the install. The last lines in the log are:

The server is unresponsive on port 8090.
I cannot use the cyberpanel cli - it just says the command not found. I tried to run the install again and got:
fatal: destination path ‘cyberpanel’ already exists and is not an empty directory.
