Error: dial tcp 23.89.49.90:80: connect: connection refused

I have successfully installed cyberpanel yesterday on openvz vps (just for testing purpose). I have setup everything correctly but when I try to open the domain http://husaynniyaz.com/ it gives me this error:

Error: dial tcp 23.89.49.90:80: connect: connection refused

I even removed the website/domain and then opened it again. Still the same error so it seems like a server issue to me. Any help here?

do you have 80 port forwarded? make sure you have opened 80 port on your firewall.

I didn’t blocked anything. It was a clean install. Anyways the service status was giving LiteSpeed service not running and even after trynig two three times it again stopped. So I installed the trial version of LiteSpeed Enterprise and the server is now running normally. I think openlitespeed had some issuses.
