Error 403

Hello,
for a couple of days I have been trying to install and reinstall Cyber Panel which would be very convenient if it were not for the fact that when I go to unzip the zip in the public_html folder these files are inaccessible and returns the 403 error…!

I changed owner and group of all folders and files and I also tried to install it on various OS (Ubuntu 18, 20 and Centos 8) without changes unfortunately.

Could anyone tell me what it could depend on?

i think it’s a bug, just do change parent directory recursively to 755 … it’s solve the problem

if you copy file simply from any where you have to update the permission.
