Email limits: panel does not record any sent emails

I have enabled email policies and configured hourly and monthly limits for a domain and email accounts.

The server works fine sending the emails, but the panel does not record any sent emails.

I have:

Monthly Used = 0
Hourly Used = 0

despite having sent hundreds of emails.

What can i do to fix it?

Same for me not counting, one other question is the php mail feature counting in there aswell if it counts?
