Hello,
Hope everyone is well,
i have come across an error and need to confirm if it is my error or the receivers server rejecting my email, Everything on my end seems fine no issues send emails to others, but receivers IT are “100%” sure its my end. i think my ipaddress is blocked,
i send an email and i get this response
they did a search for my email on there end and there is no record if them ever receiving anything,
is this because the server rejected it before it was logged.
this to the return email is below.

Hello @DanielCollins Happy you are here
Unfortunately you have not given any diagnostic errors to go by but i have seen the host mail.ecmindustrial.com.au The records are ok
Check your mail transport agent (postfix) . Post the contents of https://<IP Address>:8090/serverlogs/emaillogs
or nano /var/log/maillog
If you are using GCP they discourage email sending See how to fix this Setup External SMTP on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Do these emails land in spam or they are totally not received?
@josephgodwinke
According to the reciever they have no trace of any email hitting there server.
All I get is a rejected email back as described in first post.
@josephgodwinke
No idea on the issue. I have been looking and can’t seem to find any issues on my end. Not sure where to look next.
@josephgodwinke, I had checked this as well, 10/10 please see below screen shot
The improvement was my email didn’t contain an unsubscribe header, everything else was all green
Means they received the email. Try and send to your GMail or Yahoo or Outlook or Yandex or QQ Mail. If you get the mail then advice your customer to whitelist your mail server.
@josephgodwinke
No issues sending to Outlook and Hotmail and Gmail.
What does this mean in the log
Found phishing fraud from http://http:/www.receiverdomain.com.au/ claiming to be www.receiverdomain.com.au
Thank you for your help
Try this I have done a test with ecmindustrial.com.au
https://check.spamhaus.org/not_listed/?searchterm=ecmindustrial.com.au
If no reports then your mail server has not been reported for spam
@josephgodwinke
Everything came back fine
Follow this advice if your customer is still not receiving your mails
@josephgodwinke
Will do ill let you know
Thanks for the help, other than this issues I have never had any issues before
@josephgodwinke
Got them to white list my domain. Still the same issue, my email doesn’t appear on there server. And I get a rejection email as per first post.
Why would this customer domain be getting a rejection without it even hitting there server.
Is there any checks I can do on there domain to see if it resolves properly.
It may not be rejecting on there mail server but another server. ??
@josephgodwinke,
No worries, I’ll push it back onto them. Cheers.
