Dear CyberPanel Team,
I have been using CyberPanel with great satisfaction and find it to be an excellent server panel. I have successfully configured reverse DNS for domain emails and am using SnappyMail to receive Gmail emails without spam.
However, the wp smtp plugin’s “other smtp” settings, which were working until a few months ago, have suddenly stopped working with CyberPanel-created emails.
The error message from the smtp plugin is as follows:
4.5.6 SMTP server error: 454 TLS negotiation failed: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL_read_bio:ssl error:bad decrypt
I have tried the following solutions after searching the forum, but the issue persists:
- Uncommenting the
extension = opensslline in the PHP configuration and restarting PHP and the server - Addressing SSL issues related to the domain in CyberPanel
I have tried the above two solutions, but the problem persists. What should I do?
