Cyberpanel can't suspend the website via it's suspend/reactive function in the panel

I ask for guidance on how to proceed if I want to block a site for a certain amount of time, since in the CyberPanel administrative on Websites + Suspend / Reactivate when I select the SUSPENDER option, the site is still active normally, when it should be blocked, How can I suspend it?
