Would anyone be-able to answer why I am getting the following error - it was a straight cpanel back up.
Failed to retore databases from file error message: (1062, “Duplicate entry ‘username’ for key ‘dbUser’”).
You cant have same user for two database. in cpanel you can use single user and give permission to manage multiple database. But in cyberpanel you must create an unique user for every database. Goto cpanel > Remove duplicated user and create a new user with proper permission then try to restore
