Cannot Save Changes to Rewrite Rules Anymore with 1.8.7

I tried to save changes to my Rewrite Rules for various domains to disable HTTPS redirection so I could refresh my SSL certificates and now I can no longer save the rewrite rules. Whenever I attempt to save them on any of my domains, I get the following error:

Could not save rewrite rules. Error message: 0,[Errno 13] Permission denied: ‘/home/thenameofmydomain.com/public_html/.htaccess’

I already tried clearing my browser cache, rebooting my VPS, accessing from either my domain URL or the IP address for CyberPanel, and I receive the very same error every time. Please help!

This issue occurs with my main panel domain, panel.techandtiny.com.

Which owner? The domain? Generic user?

Selecting the .htaccess file in the file manager and hitting the fix permissions button worked. Issue resolved.
