Can send email but can't recieve any

I can send email using SnappyMail launched from CyberPanel, I get a lovely perfect score on the mail-tester.com

But I’m unable to receive emails into CyberPanels email server facilities. I’m looking to use secure email through IMAPS and SMPTS

Running the latest stable CyberPanel on Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS and have restarted the server

I’m seeing verify error:num=20:unable to get local issuer certificate errors but I’m not sure what to make of it. Reading on the internet this error, it’s an indication that the root certificates on the system are not working correctly

I have generated a SSL cert via the front end to Issue SSL to the mail server

I’m running on a home server installation and have opened the SMTP(s) and IMAP(s) ports in the firewall.

I’ve run the command journalctl -f | grep postfix as stated in the troubleshooting guide but didn’t get any logging data generated when I tried to send emails to CyberPanels email server.

  • The mail.wpfreelancer.co.uk is pointed to the correct IP

  • Thunderbird or Outlook Express will not sync with the email server.
